  • HP 162 Series

  • HP 164 Series (Each series includes standard, high-yield "X" versions, and contractual "XC" versions.)

Operating System Compatibility

This device is compatible with a wide range of systems, including:

  • Windows: 10 and 11 (including ARM64).

  • macOS: Latest versions including Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe v26.

  • Linux: Broad support including Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, RHEL, and others.

  • Enterprise: Citrix Ready Kit certified.

Important Note on Setup:

  • In-Box Cables: Check your region. If you are in the Asia Pacific or using a wireless model, a USB cable is included. If you are in the Europe, Middle-East, Africa, or Americas (non-wireless) regions, you will need to purchase a USB cable separately.

  • Voltage: Ensure you verify the power requirements (110V vs 220V) before installation, as these units are not dual-voltage and using the wrong power source can damage the printer and void your warranty.
